"Trying to get help"

About: Bromley Healthcare / Talk together Bromley (IAPT)

(as the patient),

I tried to get help for my mental health problems.

This service just rejected me time and time again. 

They didn't reply to my calls and no one even bothered to call me about my referral. 

I called 100 times and still couldn't get a therapist to assess me. 

I feel based on the experience I have had this is an absolute disgusting service. 

I feel that the people who dealt with me would be better replaced with people who care about making people with mental health problems better.
