"Great practice"

I came today to this clinic at around 3:30 in the afternoon, i was told by the receptionist that only emergencies will be seen today, i've been coughing for 3 weeks, tried using cough syrup but nothing changed, i told the receptionist that i am having shortness of breath, she was looking at me and probably she could see that I'm telling the truth, i was so pleased that she said, ok i will book you in, she is so pleasant and and so considerate , so thankful that i will be seen by the doctor, and will definitely get the right medication. This place is really great and people are amazing. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you for looking after me.
