"I was looked after so well"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Neurosurgery (Ward 64 – 66)

(as the patient),

I had DBS at QEUH Glasgow. From the porters to the neurosurgeons everyone was amazing.   The nurse's aŕe worth their weight in gold! I had never been in hospital before so was apprehensive but I was looked after so well.

Dear mdee2,

Thank you for taking time to share this experience with us. It is always reassuring to hear how positive care has been and that staff were able to help make you feel supported. The whole team are very focussed on improving care and will appreciate your kind feedback which I will share with them.

Once again, thank you for taking the time to post this.

Kind Regards

Elaine Burt
