(as a service user),

Pacemaker replacement procedure scheduled after having initial implant 10 years ago. From the pre op assessment checks to the completion of the procedure I found all of those involved extremely professional, pleasant and helpful, put me at ease throughout fully explaining the procedure. Thank you to all those I came in contact with yesterday and today.
