I have been attending various doctors' appointment at this practice for myself and my children for the past year. Every single member of staff I have encountered, from reception staff to the doctors and nurses has been exceptional, in terms of professionalism, their caring attitude and efficiency. The doctors really listen, and often go above and beyond the 10 minute NHS allotted slot in order to help if needed. They will always try their best to fit you in whenever possible, and I have never had to wait very long at all for an appointment. Well done, you have restored my faith in NHS practices.
