"Diabolical"

I’ve written two reviews that have not been published as they were deemed serious complaints, so hopefully the content of this one will be deemed suitably vague. It would be nice to give others fair warning via a process that I assume is intended to provide information to those considering which surgery to register at.

My experience of this surgery is awful. Reception staff are rude and unhelpful, it takes 20-30 minutes to get through on the phone and then you will frequently be cut off and have to call back again. It’s very difficult to get an appointment, no matter what it is for, and errors in communicating test results or issuing prescriptions are routine. Trying to get errors rectified is a nightmare that I doubt anyone would persevere with except out of absolute necessity.

I’d recommend registering anywhere else if at all possible. This surgery needs to urgently overhaul its processes and provide training to reception staff if it is ever going to effectively provide services for the number of patients currently registered.
