I rang this morning and asked to be put on the cancellation list as after two visits and two lots of antibiotics I am still unwell. This afternoon I received a missed call which I rang back to be on hold for 1 hour and 12 minutes. 35 minutes of that I was number 1 in the queue. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the service. After trying to ring back the number is then constantly busy.
