Intuitive Recovery Course

I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone in or contemplating getting into recovery from drugs/alcohol. In particular I appreciated its straightforward and honest approach in helping me to confront the realities of my addiction.

If your enjoy ACT and prefer a more scientific methodology then this almost certainly going to help you towards a full and sustainable recovery.

Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback on Intuitive Recovery.

The current contract for substance misuse in Hampshire has sub-contracted Intuitive Recovery (now Intuitive Thinking Skills) to provide several courses across Hampshire aimed at support clients' recovery journey.

Intuitive Recovery is a 4 day course delivered across all sites several times a year and has shown a lot of success in helping clients revisit their recovery journey in conjunction with the support Inclusion offers through various workshops and 1-1 key working.

The ethos behind Intuitive Recovery also compliments the ethos behind ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) as you have mentioned.
