I went for a LOOP excision this morning and cannot rate the staff at Lincoln Branston Ward highly enough. They were absolutely amazing, made me feel totally at ease, and I was barely aware of the procedure as they made me so relaxed. Thank you ladies, an excellent job.

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment on your experience of having a loop excision biopsy in the colposcopy clinic. It is fantastic to hear such positive feedback.

I am pleased you were able to feel totally at ease at your appointment. Throughout our colposcopy services we try to ensure patients are as comfortable and supported as possible. Our staff adhere to our the trust values which include compassion, safe, patient centred care, having respect for others and striving for excellence. It is a pleasure to know when this is achieved. We really do appreciate your comments, which will be shared with the team.
