"Great staff"

I attended the endoscopy unit for a colonoscopy. Every single member of staff I encountered - from receptionist, to nurses, to the consultant surgeon - were friendly and helpful. They all introduced themselves immediately and explained their role.

I was extremely nervous about the procedure and the admitting nurse did such a good job of calming me down.

Throughout the actual procedure everything was explained thoroughly and the surgeon did a great job at putting me at ease and the nurse held my hand throughout.

The aftercare was great and the discharge very clear and thorough.

Thank you for making an otherwise unpleasant procedure, much more pleasant!
