i had severe shortness of breath due to copd and a lung infection, the ambulance crew turned up and im not used to this , they were absolutely fantastic , calmed me down and talked to me , all i can say is wow total respect to them two , got sent to c6 i think respetory unit , and another wow , every member of staff treated me like a human being and made a horrible scarry experience a lot easier for me , like i said im not used to that , i have nothing but total and absolute respect for all of them , from ambulance to ward staff , just wanted to say thankyou so much to each and everyone of them ,
