My 94 year old Dad was in RSCH A&E overnight and moved to the new Clinical Decision Unit on Sunday morning. From that moment onwards the NHS at its very best swung into action. He was seen by 3 different consulting staff as well as an occupational therapist/physio before being released. The follow up since then has been utterly fantastic - everyone has gone the extra mile to get him comfortable, safe and reassured after his nasty fall. He has had physio, mobility aids etc all delivered at home. Staff (including Millbrook) have let us know when they are coming...and arrived as scheduled. They have given him (and me) the confidence that he can get back to living a full life in a supported environment. Just amazing service.
