(as a relative),

My Brother was diagnosed with laryngeal cancer and given two months by Dr Robertson, 

This was a huge shock to my Brother and I, due to his cancer he was unable to eat drink and in the last few weeks speak. 

From start until his final days the staff of ward 11B especially nurses Kirstie, James and Dee were made SO much comfortable, these people went beyond to help my Brother and take the stress away from him ❤ they honestly don't know how good they are. They all deserve recognition for the care the gave ❤ 

To the staff, Andrew really appreciated and loved the way YOU ALL made his life better ❤

Dear For the love of Andrew

In the first instance please accept my most sincere condolences on behalf of myself and my colleagues at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. It is very distressing to be informed that a loved one has a terminal diagnosis and given the short duration of time your brother had is even more harrowing. As a registered nurse myself I am so very proud of my colleagues in 11B. End of life care is so very important for both the patient and their families. I hope that in witnessing the quality of care your brother Andrew received brings you some comfort.

I will be absolutely delighted to share your comments with the staff in 11B.
