"Contacting the urology dept "

About: Salford Royal

The system of contacting the urology dept is really quite disappointingly atrocious. You simply can't get through to the reception by phone. The phone just rings and nobody picks up. I've tried other avenues of contact, but to no avail. I currently have 3 appointments of which one has been cancelled. I simply don't know where I'm up to. So trying to contact the receptionist to clarify the appointments that I have. It looks as if I'm going to have to attend in person to clear this up. Which will incure a 12 mile round trip. The the care I've had has been marvellous, no complaints there. But the administration has a lot to be desired.
