"Put me at ease"

About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary

I sliced my thumb open and felt very uneasy due to the amount of blood, worrying about what would need to be done to put it back together. The member of staff that dealt with me was fantastic. He really put me at ease and gave me a laugh!! A credit to the place! 19 years he told me he worked there, here’s to another 19 years doing a great job! Thank you.
