Had a gastroscopy at Monklands and decided to go with throat spray only. Staff could not have been nicer and put me totally at ease from the minute I arrived till I left. Actual test was less than 5 minutes and was helped through it by the excellent team. It was uncomfortable at times but not painful and I was able to go home shortly afterwards. Thank you to the team for all your support. Keep up the good work.
