About: University Hospital Monklands / Renal (Ward 1)

(as a volunteer/advocate),

Ward 14 - all staff since admission have been great, medical staff have kept me informed of all of care plans, the nursing staff have been very attentive. Ward cleanliness is very good and the food is satisfactory, especially the soup. The Patientline TV system is expensive if you've no access to tablets or laptops, particularly for the elderly or those on benefits.

It is good to hear that you found the standard of cleanliness to be of a high standard and the food very satisfactory. I will pass these comments onto our catering and domestic staff.
