"Visit for an Endoscopy"

This was my third visit for an Endoscopy in over 2 years my first visit was terrible as I had the oral spray only and was unable to complete the procedure. My second visit was not the best either with not only being given the sedative but also the spray, as I was very uncomfortable.

The staff on both these visits were terrific both caring and very patient.

My third visit was to Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy and was great, everything went so well could not believe it was over, this was with the sedative and spray again.

Once again the staff were all great, and I thank them very much.

Thank you for taking your time to comment on your visits to Endoscopy Unit. I am pleased to know that your 3rd procedure went so well and you were able to tolerate with both sedation and the spray. It makes a big difference when you feel the staff are patient and caring during this time. I will certainly let the teams know about your experience.
