I have recently been a patient of the breast care service following routine screening. I just wanted to say a big thank you to all staff involved from staff on the screening van to reception, admissions office, day surgery, medical and nursing staff As you can imagine it came as a big shock to me and my family to be recalled following routine screening. I have felt fully supported and fully informed right through the whole process from further tests being taken, surgery, recovery and post surgery results. I now move on to have radiotherapy but feeling very positive.
