(as a service user),

Poor bedside manner on arrival, 

I felt anxious regarding the competence of the professional completing the Surgery.

Staff member in the room was talking about how much they hate their job and other staff members on the sick during my minor surgery. 

Poor patient education and just general lack of patient centred care.

I have had this procedure done previously in a GP surgery and had such a pleasant experience compared to the one I experienced at Tiverton hospital today. I would not recommended podiatry services in Tiverton hospital
