"Good experience "

I have just been seen in A+E at the PRUH for urinary problems.I would just like to say that , although it was apparent that they were extremely busy, everyone was really kind and caring.I was experiencing a lot of pain and was given analgesia promptly which made the wait less traumatic for me .I would especially like to thank the Doctor who treated me with kindness and respect.He took the time to answer all of my questions, even though he was clearly very busy .Thank you to everyone who helped me in A+ E this evening
