I wanted to thank the nurse practioner who saw me on Friday 8 November at 10.20 am. I was so surprised to get a phone call from her late afternoon asking how I was and if I needed to see her again that evening. I hadn't expected such great service and my sister-in-law who was with me at the time and goes to East Bergholt was astounded!! Thank you
