(as a relative),

Husband presented himself at A&E this morning, with what he thought was his knee had popped out. 

Charge nurse Alison dealt the with my husband in a VERY professional manner. Lots of reassurance given. X-ray staff were also very professional as were the portering staff. Can’t praise UHW enough. Too many people are quick to criticise  UHW, I can’t understand why. Please pass on to charge nurse Alison our thanks.
