Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, I am sorry this response has taken a while to get to you.

I have been round the building here at CGL Coventry and can see that the AA time tables are in the Reception area, and also on the boards through-out the corridors and rooms.

I attended a few sessions today and AA as well as other fellowships and Mutual Aid groups are mentioned.

Apologies this may have not been communicated to you.
