"Our family given a life to share with mum..."

(as a relative),

Since my mum went into cardiac arrest 2 and a half years ago, the Implanted Cardiac Device clinic have been an excellent support to my mum and our family. The clinic is always run on time with friendly, knowledgable and compassionate staff. If my mum or our family ever have any questions the staff listen and provide experiential guidance most commonly based upon the success of other patients. As a family, we feel indebted to the NHS Paramedics who saved our mums life, and to the staff at Monklands Hospital Cardiology, and now the staff at the Implanted Cardiac Devices clinic - you all have given our family a life to share with our mum, who we would be lost without. Thank you.

Roxxy many thanks for sharing your heart warming story.

I can only imagine the stress and anxiety of events 2 and a half years ago, but its fantastic when NHS staff get such a positive outcome as ultimately that's why we are all here.

The combined efforts of many NHS disciplines makes these outcome positive not only for the patient but also the huge impact on family and friends. I hope your mum is well and once again thank you for your kind words.
