"Friendly but professional"

I had an appointment with a senior consultant in the Cardiology Dept - outpatients B and found the whole experience very relaxing due to the wonderfully pleasant manner of the very friendly but professional consultant.

All of my questions were answered in layman's terms. The consultant was very patient and is a credit to the NHS.

This department is in the old buildings of the hospital and is in need of a refurbishment, although it is very clean, but the wonderful reception given by the staff more than make up for the surroundings. Well done!
