(as a service user),

I recently attended Branson Ward for a procedure and then follow up clinic. I would like to pass on my thanks to all the staff I came into contact with. I was treated with   professionalism, kindness and felt very safe in their hands. My dignity was maintained and communication was excellent throughout both visits. There was also appropriate humour that helped put me at my ease.
