About: Lauriston Building St John's Hospital / Ear, Nose & Throat

(as the patient),

I had an operation on my ear at St John's Hospital following out-patient assessment at Laurieston Building

Staff kind and professional 

I really appreciated the honesty about all the beds being full and the sensible solution found

Slick handovers, well organised 

Main experience is I feel staff are kind and focused on the people in their care. This was both at outpatients and at St John's 

Nursing sister on ENT ward very professional and seems like a great role model to team
