I was referred for an Outpatients appointment In July and received a letter advising that I would be see on 28/11/19. Last week I received a letter informing that this had now been cancelled and I had been booked in for Feb 2020 which is their first available appointment! I rang PALS who quite frankly did not want to know! I have since contacted CCG and will be taking this further! I am appalled by the poor service!! I chose this hospital because their waiting times were shorter! I will never ever visit this hospital or recommend it to friends or family!!!
