Everyone is really good on ward 9, and everything is going well. Only one complaint is the room is so cold. I think the food is really nice, but every day at lunch time you get the same choice it never changes. The cleaners do a great job and the room is spotless nothing is too much for them. The doctors have kept me fully informed about my care.

The staff are so obliging.

Dear Uhh151 (as a volunteer/advocate),

I am sorry you found the room cold during your stay, I will ask our maintenance manager to undertake a check on the temperatures.

I will speak to our catering department about the food choices that are on offer. All menus are assessed for nutritional value. There is an option for patients to discuss any issues with food with the catering manager as well during their stay.

I will pass your comments on the cleanliness of the rooms to our domestic staff.
