"obnoxious staff at reception"

i had a diabetic eye test this morning which I rate as excellent . when I was wheeled out to reception for them to phone hospital transport back home for me the lady behind the counter just sat there and stared at me as if to say what am I talking about and when explained again she replied in a attitude that they do not do that there, well yes they do rebook hospital transport at the reception as they did last year .The diabetic eye screener could not believe her reply and attitude so she went back to her office to call them for me , totally disgusted with attitude at main reception by one particular employee .She should go back to basic training of how you treat people .

Alternatively, go through the website www.ekhuft.nhs.uk and click the relevant "C" and complete the online form, which is then submitted to PALS.
