"Building new skills and coping strategies"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Gosport

(as a service user),

I went to Gosport Inclusion for help with my alcohol addiction, the team at the Hub were excellent helping me with much more than what I just believed to be a problem with alcohol, building new skills and coping strategies.

My keyworker Becci was a massive part of that, always there to guide and support me and giving me a voice without which my recovery would not have been possible on 7.11.19 I will be six months sober thanks to Gosport Inclusion

Thank you for your post and your positive feedback. Firstly, congratulations for achieving 6 months sobriety! Recovery is a challenging journey and requires a lot of hard work. I am delighted that you have received the support you needed at Gosport Hub to achieve what you have and that you have been able to learn and build on new skills and coping strategies to take you forward in your recovery. Keep up the good work and I wish you all the very best for the future. I will pass on your comments to Becky and the Team.
