Just wanted to say thank you to all the staff at the eye clinic at Falkirk Community Hospital for making our return visit such a pleasant and easy experience.
Friendly staff at all levels, clear explanations, seen on time, happy atmosphere. It all makes such a difference to the hospital experience.
Keep it up! It's unusual these days to be treated as a person when you're in hospital, and it makes such a difference to the patients and their carer when it does happen.
