"disqusting aftercare with physiotherapy department"

About: Manor Hospital

My husband had a hip replacement on 02/10/2019. The surgeon team was absolutely first class. BUT...

He was given his first physiotherapy appointment for 07/11/2019. When he attended it today - apparently he was not on their system, they did not have any his records and did not know anything about him. They did not give him any advice, check up or further exercises. They did not know whether he has any further appointments with their department. Considering that physiotherapy is the most essential part in aftercare after hip operation - he had none. Absolutely disgusting, as no-none appears to care at this hospital.
