I have been looked after by the Urology team for about 4 years, following a raised PSA. A member of staff has been my primary contact and she has been superb throughout. Professional and friendly. She is accessible when needed and has a wonderful caring but no nonsense approach. I appreciated the shift to telephone consultations which saves everyone's time. Thank you
