"wonderful care"

I Had been formerly advised to get to hospital due to the medication i was prescribed if i got chest pains and dizziness, so I bussed to Ealing hospital.After 10 mins or so I was assessed by charming female. I was taken into a crowded and busy unit yet seen almost immediately by a nurse. I felt very anxious as going to Amsterdam tomorrow, a charming Dr introduced himself and immediately put me at ease, so unflustered, so kind and explanatory..I was really shocked at the amount of patients these amazing people had/have to deal with.This kind Dr kept checking and informing me of my progress, no rushing yet seemingly giving so much information to help me feel less scared, when he never seemed to stop...Please thank him personally from me and i hope he never loses his gifted skills, for me he is a perfect example of a true Dr.
