About: Fairfield General Hospital

My husband attended A&E this morning following a fall from scaffolding ,he was in a lot of pain in his back , he was seen very quickly by a triage Nurse who then called him back shortly after and gave him much needed pain relief . He was then seen by a Nurse who immediately sent him for an X-ray thankfully no serious damage was found The Nurse then gave him medication and advice before he left .All the staff Including those from the X-ray dept where professional and compassionate we arrived at about 9.30am and my husband left approx 12midday 2.5hrs in A very busy dept fantastic well done ! and Thank you very much .
