"Mobility Aids for patients"

About: North Manchester General Hospital

Attended Diabetic Centre for review by Ambulance. Only had one wheel chair in centre which had faulty brake, I have used this chair on 3 visits as to be able to get to treatment room from reception. I have mentioned this before but no action- only negative thing about the unit, Staff Care & comfort for patients excellent in the unit, Thank you

We are pleased to hear your positive comments regarding your visit to the Diabetic Centre here at North Manchester, however we apologise for the fault on the wheelchair you have experienced. Our Estates team do regularly monitor and maintain them, unfortunately with all the other problems they are tasked with, this one must have been overlooked.
