"Awful service "

Phoned up as I have had a viral infection for 7 weeks resulting in severe neck pain and severe headaches affecting my day to day life. I had tried to do an exercise on my neck to relieve pain during the night as I was up early for uni and still hadn’t been able to get to sleep. Whatever I done my neck froze and wouldn’t move with shooting pains spreading up my neck. Was put through to a snide ‘advisor’ with an attitude from the start, questioning me and making me feel like an idiot and why am I phoning this service. Came off the phone and cried for about an hour - shows how shocking this service really is. You phone for help to feel better not feel worse!!
