The service is poor from the moment you enter. Very little communication from the receptionist, poor communication seen from the nurses who can be overheard discussing they grievances about the practice itself and their work. On one occasion, a patient with what appeared to be a serious head injury came into, and the receptionist asked her to complete a form (which she was unable to sue to injury) and the nurse expected the patient to carry their own heavy bags, when they could not even support their own weight, another patient had to assist. The weighting room is far too hot which worsens some conditions. I left before being seen as they were understaffed and no communication given about wait times. Poor reflection of the NHS.
