I attended the A&E department after a fall whilst out running. The wound on my knee required stitching and the nurses who carried out the initial assessment and the nurse practitioner who stitched up my knee were, both professional and compassionate. This helped to put me at ease throughout my procedure, despite being an extremely nervous patient. I am truly thankful for their help when I needed it.
