"Wonderful care and professionalism"

About: Wycombe Hospital

Wonderful treatment from all the staff in the Urology Department during my cystoscopy procedure yesterday. I was amazed at how quickly I was seen and everyone took great care to put me at my ease during the whole process, explaining the procedure at every step. They ensured that I was comfortable and able to relax at all times and it turned out to be an almost painless experience. Great kindness and professionalism was shown by everyone and I would like to extend my thanks to all involved.
