Rang 01302644950 to book an appointment for a new tube for my dad's hearing aid, rang today at 10.20 , was 7th in the "queue" when I got to 3rd got sent back to 4th this happened twice, when I finally got to first the phone beeper a few times then the line went dead...35 mine wasted,.....so tried again at 14.39.....6th in the "queue" after being told your phone call is important to us a number of times, I clung on to hope that when I rang this morning it was because it was a busy time for calls,...but no...exactly the same apart from when I got to 2nd place it knocked me back to third before getting NO ANSWER, ...what's the point of having a phone line if NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE....fuming..
