"Poor service "

I recently went to see one of the GPs with a shoulder injury, I was sent for Xrays which showed I had arthritis in my collar bone, I went to see the GP again, she recommend anti inflammatory medication, but first I needed a blood test

To ensure the medication was suitable for me.

I recieved the results and made a appointment to see the doctor.

Today I went for my appointment and came away with a prescription for Statins, I asked about my shoulder injury and was I have to make another appointment for one or two weeks time.

I am now struggling with a painful shoulder, I will not be making another appointment at Thurmaston health centre, I am going to register with another practice.

This situation would never have arisen under my previous GP.
