I was waiting to collect my repeat prescription at the REPEAT PRESCRIPTION counter. I waited for nearly 20 minutes and the staff was openly ignoring me and my baby started crying. The receptionist at the RECEPTION counter was just ignoring me altogether even when I was trying to talk to her. I finally got to ask my prescription after 20 mins of their laughing and chatting, and it was given. What’s the use of labelling the counters? When you pay no attention to the patients waiting in line for the staff to finish their chatter?
It’s really humiliating.
