About: University Hospital Monklands / Ear, Nose & Throat (Ward 9)

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter went for her pre op assessment in Monklands in July she has to have her adanoids removed possibly her tonsils and her tongue tie cut was told it would be 12 weeks it is now 15 weeks later and my 3 year old girl is still waiting.

I am sorry that your daughter has had to wait longer than 12 weeks for her surgery and can fully appreciate your frustration and concern. Unfortunately we have pressure on our waiting time at present resulting in patients waiting over 12 weeks for their procedure.
