"made to feel worthless"

i got a message asking that i see the Dr before a further sick note was issued. I called and explained this to reception staff, asking for an urgent appointment as my work needed this or they stop my sick pay. Worse they can sack me for gross misconduct for being off sick and not providing this. The receptionist tole me to call in the morning, but to be quick as there were only a few appointments left. I said surely you should be able to just give me one of those appointments now, as it is the Dr asking that I go in. She said no, thats not how it works. I explained that this was stupid and was going to cause me major problems. She said well its you the wants the note so thats what you will have to do. At no time did she try to offer any way of dealing with it, she said well go to another Drs them we are all the same. I said no, you are not ALL the same, but she just talked over me raising her voice to shut me up. I am signed off for thinking of committing suicide, and this just has brought it all back. All the bad treatment at work that made me like this in the first place, is now being continued by this terrible surgery. I note that the surgery has not commented on any of the complaints, thats because they do not care. I agree with what others say. Never see same Dr, really hard to get an appointment, rude treatment of patients by receptionist. on my first time going to this practice, i had to wait an hour, whilst the Dr was dealing with one patient. When i got in, she said sorry, i has a patient with many problems. I said that ok. Told her about a problem with my hand. Se took a quick look said, i will send you to see a specialist. I said i just have one other thing i need advice on. She said is it about your hands, i said no i have a lump.... She cut me off mid flow saying you will need another appointment. I said but i have only been in here 4 minutes, after waiting for you whilst you spent an hour with the previous patient. She stood up, walked to the sink with her back to me and washed her hands. Even though i tried to talk to her she just kept her back to me, and never spoke again.

I did verbally complain to the receptionist, and she said, well she saw you didn't she.

I had another Dr tell me she was late seeing me as she had been sent on an emergency, even though she had been food shopping, and still had food around her mouth.

This place should be shut down, and replaced with someone that cares. No one goes to the Dr expecting to come out even worse than they went in.
