(as the patient),

Had a colonoscopy and from booking in to my procedure the staff were so helpful and reassuring it helped put me at ease. 

The nurses Rosemary, Cathy and Helen in the room with me were so good explaining the whole procedure and how to use the Etonox during the exam. A stressful morning was eased by their professional approach and caring attitudes they made the whole procedure easy and relaxed for me can’t thank them enough for all they did.
