I called the surgery on behalf of my mother regarding the need for an INR check following a tooth extraction by a local dentist that had continued to bleed / seep for 3 days. The surgery called me back promptly and I spoke to my mother’s doctor who reassured me regarding the need for an INR. This was exceptional service and demonstrated great patient care when the doctor was busy with a pre-programmed schedule. Thank you.
