About: Westwood Surgery

I went to the GP on Tuesday 29th October and was greeted by them in reception with smiles. They reached out to me to help me, as I was in hospital and was kept there 10 hours a was meant to have a scan referred by the GP, which it wasn’t. They apologised for the mistake and corrected it immediately.

They accommodated a flu jab and blood pressure check to be taken on the same day for my farther. My farther was meant to have a flu jab on the Saturday but was in the GP for a blood pressure check, she spoke to the doctor and got them to do both on the same day.

Both receptionist are very helpful and always serve with a smile, they are an asset to your GP.
